Hotel Policies

These are general hotel policies for Executive Enclave. As they may vary per room type, please also check the room description.

Children and Extra bedsFree! All children under 9 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

Free! One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.

All children above 9 years extra pax charges will be charge even if using existing bedding.

Extra Bed will be charged as per the hotel rates

Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1

Any type of extra bed/cot or crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets : Pets are not allowed

By making a reservation with a hotel, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of the hotel

The hotel terms and conditions may apply to your reservation or during your stay, including for services rendered and/or products offered by the hotel will be applicable

Reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only. If you don't check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert us in advance, the remaining portion of your reservation will be released

After you have made a booking, you will receive a confirmation message with all the information about your booking. You may take this confirmation to the hotel as proof of the reservation

Guest has to make the payment by cash , credit card , or by D/D in case of cheque payment or bank transfer the guest has to make it seven days prior to date of check in

Check-in time is 13:00 Hrs. It may be possible to arrange an earlier check-in time at the hotel if you let us know in advance. Check-out time is 12noon. We will be pleased to arrange a late check-out time from the hotel if you let us know in advance. ( subject to confirmation ) An additional fee is payable for guaranteed late check-out.

Our friendly Concierge team at the hotel will be ready to assist you with your luggage on arrival or departure. Hotel puts your safety first. CCTV operates in all public areas and security personnel are available 24-hrs a day. All guest rooms have safes and doors are fitted with card-reading locks

We are happy to accept all major credit cards

In case on any increase in cost of Hotel, govt. tax, etc we are bound to augment the same. Any Hotel/ Package Booking would be tentative unless you pay in advance and book on guarantee basis

n the event that the hotel, for reasons beyond its control is unable to accommodate you for any reason we will arrange accommodation in a similar category Hotel and hotel will provide you transportation to another hotel and transportation back to our hotel will use all reasonable attempt to facilitate the circumstances. This is the limit of the hotel's liability

Rates confirmed in INR may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of booking /payment / stays, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions

The Hotel does not accept any liability for any failure to comply with these Conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control

All reservations are subject to availability. Reservations made on this site are considered conditional until a confirmation number is given to the guest to substantiate the reservations by email. The hotel may, from time to time, communicate with the guests, to re-confirm the reservations and to prevent any simulated bookings

The guests wish to amend any reservations, modifications may be made on the website at the earliest convenience. The Hotel will not be liable should it fail to provide its products and services due to unavailability

Hotel reserves the right to change, modify and adjust the rates with or without prior notice. The rates are governed and subjected by terms and conditions stipulated by individual hotels

Hotel does not guarantee that this site is free from infection by viruses and shall not be liable for any damages or loss

Any complaint about the booking service must be notified to the Hotel in writing or by email as soon as possible

Please note : Important at check-in you must present the credit card used to make the booking and a valid photo ID with the same name. Failure to do so may result in the hotel requesting document or your reservation may not be honoured

The total price for this booking dose not include Mini Bar , Telephone usage , laundry service , etc if applicable , the hotel will bill you directly

The balance amount of your stay has to paid at the time of ckeck in

If you are booking for a third party who will not be able to present this credit card at check-in, you may be asked to submit additional documentation in order to complete your check in ( e.g Signature authoritization letter from the card holder , photo copy of credit card both side, payment made against etc )


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation has to be made through on line or on the corresponding email ID : enclave@vsnl.com ONLY otherwise no cancellation will be entertained.

We do not accept Cancellations over Phone.

All refunds required in the event of cancellations , amendments will be credited to your card as per the bank policy

Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account deducting the transition fees as per the bank policy

All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. The refunds process is dependent on your billing cycle with the credit card company. Once the refund instructions leave our office it can take anywhere from 10 to 45 working days for the refund to arrive in your account

In case you do not utilize your reservation and fail to contact us to cancel it in a stipulated time period as specified above, we would not be in a position to return you any amount pertaining to your booking. The reason for this is that the room in the hotel is booked in your name, and the hotel cannot let the room be occupied by anyone else. The room is held unoccupied, until they are notified otherwise. Thus, even if you do not show up the hotel will charge room reservation as per cancellation policy
